Context
Produced in 2025 in the United States, BRAVE II: Building Resiliency and Vaccine Equity continues the PSA series created for Transnational Villages Network Inc. in partnership with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Building on earlier outreach efforts with migrant Indigenous-language–speaking communities in New York City, this second installment focuses on strengthening long-term community health awareness beyond the COVID-19 emergency. The series emphasizes prevention, seasonal health risks such as influenza, and ongoing care practices, reinforcing the importance of accessible, culturally relevant health communication for migrant communities years after the pandemic’s peak.
