Adriana, Eduard, and their sons arrived from Colombia in Ecuador looking for a secure place to live in. Despite their efforts in building up a new life, it has been really difficult to get accepted in society. Nevertheless, she doesn't want to give up and keep looking at her goal, because she knows that what does not kill you, make you stronger.

Soraya, a young Colombian mother, arrived in Ecuador fleeing the violence produced by the armed conflict in her home town. Once in her destination, the struggle for getting a better life just began. During her journey, she realized that doing it accompanied by someone like her daughter and her partner, the hard moments of life could be lighter.
Bendita migración
Lola, an Afro Ecuadorian 53 years old women, returns Ecuador in 2009 because her four Colombians children' lives were under risk. Once at home, poverty and the lack of opportunities for them make her and a group of refugees organize themselves and create an Adult literacy school in order to demonstrate that people in mobility no matter the obstacles, want a better life.
